I have lived here for over 10yrs. Manager Micky Avila has served on the management team in one capacity or another this whole ... time and has always treated like family from the first day that I moved in. I hold both her and Assistant Manager Amaureen in the highest regards for their professionalism and concerns for this community and for all the tenants that live here. The improvements and activities that they have made here in the past couple of years has made it a great and comfortable place to live! Maintenance Supervisor Sergio is awesome, a one man team! Very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. So far the best and hardest working maintenance man that has worked here in my 10 yrs of living here and would recommend it to anybody. I recently moved into this wonderful community, I love how friendly everyone is from all the staff that assisted me to the ... residents that welcomed me. The maintenance gentleman was very helpful and friendly and assisted promptly. My two dogs love walking on the grounds, lots of grass and trees.
